President Petro Poroshenko signed the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Investment Attractiveness of the Construction of Renewable Energy Facilities”.

The law improves certain statutory provisions to stimulate the development of renewable energy, in particular, the production of electric energy from wind power.

The implementation of the document will help to eliminate administrative barriers and increase the transparency of the legislation regulating the urban development and alternative energy development.
